It's about time!

That’s probably what some of you will be saying after you read this post.

For years I have been notoriously bad at returning emails and correspondences, especially during busy season. But not anymore. Nope! Everyone, meet Marci. Marci, meet everyone. Marci is going to be my assistant in many areas, including ANSWERING EMAILS!

Over the years, I knew I needed help but being a little bit of a control freak I didn’t want to give up the communication between me and my clients. I didn’t want to have someone else corresponding because I was worried that they wouldn’t use the correct amount of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!’s and :) :) :)

Important stuff like that.

But, I had to face facts- my inbox was overwhelming me and when it took me too long to answer - although it was never my intention - it was downright rude to keep people waiting and has, more than once left people feeling frustrated. (If this is you, i am sorry. :( :( :( )

But, moving forward our goal is to answer emails promptly and to keep you informed on what to expect before, during an after a session.

On my end, I am excited to free up more time to edit, shoot and enjoy my life in general. I am so happy to have her on board!
